Boardmasters 2024
During the summer of 2024, I've taken the role of a Videographer in the Documentary crew with Solent Productions, where I had the opportunity to film some absolutely amazing performances, such as Chase and Status. Additionally, we interviewed the rest of the Solent OB crew about their work & experiences, and captured the overall atmosphere of this beautiful music festival.
Naturally, we came across a number of challenges and obstacles both emotionally and from the constantly changing weather, however whenever we felt limited, our crew stayed resilient and carried on with the production. I'm very grateful to every member of the team for their commitment and hard work!
Camp Bestival Shropshire 2024
Only a few days after working at Boardmasters, I had the opportunity to go and work at Camp Bestival Shropshire! This time, I took on the responsibilities of Directing the Documentary crew.
I found this opportunity absolutely amazing, as I was finally able to challenge my leadership skills, taking on various responsibilities, such as ensuring content is filmed accordingly to our client's brief, and all the footage is edited within the deadline.
This festival has taught me one of the most important lessons of staying resilient, and even at my lowest points, I must learn to keep going.
Filmmaking in any form can never be a "one man job" therefore, I'd like to thank the most hard working people, that were part of the Documentary crew.
Their commitment to the production, showcased the sheer amount of talent and professionalism that these people have.
